Clean Chicken Marinara.

Clean Chicken Marinara.

4 servings.

Marinara sauce:

Ingredients:
- 8 plum tomatoes chopped in.
- 1/2 a cup of minced white onions.
- 2 leaves of basil.
- 1 Teaspoon of Oregano.
- 3 minced garlic gloves.
- 3 teaspoons of Agave nectar (honey or sugar if you don't have any) ( this is for the acidity of the tomatoes).
- 2 tablespoons of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil).
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Take 1/4 of the plum tomatoes along with 1 garlic clove and put them on the food processor or blender until you make a sauce, in a large saucepan set over moderate heat, the evoo, garlic and onions, the remaining garlic clove and onions for about 5 minutes stirring Occasionally, add the remaining tomatoes, basil, oregano, agave nectar (honey or sugar), tomato sauce from the food processor and salt and pepper (to taste), cover it on low-medium heat for about 5-10 minutes and done.

Ingredients For Chicken.

- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast open in the middle (to stuff)
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons of evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
- Low fat mozzarella cheese
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 1 teaspoons of oregano
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

Preheat the oven at 375 degrees, season the chicken breast with the evoo, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.

Pour the almonds and sunflower seeds into the food processor until this are completely crushed. Stuff the chicken breast with the mozzarella cheese and then close them, brush some of the remaining evoo over the chicken breast (this to help the crushed seeds to stick). Coat each chicken breast with the mix of seeds.

Bake for about 30 minutes until they have a crisp color to them, take them out and pour the marinara sauce over them. Enjoy.
