TURKEY BURGERS WITH AVOCADO.

4 Servings.

- 1 pound of ground turkey.
- 1/2 a cup of minced onions.
- 2 minced garlic cloves.
- 1/4 chopped fresh parsley.
- 1 teaspoon of orégano.
- 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat panko. (6 whole wheat bread slices for panko).
- 1 avocado.
- 1 sliced tomato.
- Romaine lettuce.
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns.
- 4 slices low fat swiss cheese.
- All natural No preservatives mustard.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

WHOLE WHEAT PANKO STYLE BREAD CRUMBS.

Preheat oven at 300 dregrees, Cut the bread into strips. Use the food processor and feed the bread into the machine. Once you are done lay the crumbs out on a baking sheet, bake for about 6-8 minutes.

HAMBURGERS.

Mix the whole wheat panko bread crumbs until the bread crumbs disappear, add the rest of the ingredients little by little and form patties and let then set from 10-15 minutes.

Cook the patties over a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat turning once until they are completely cooked and with a nice color.

Place them on the whole wheat hamburger buns and add the mustard, swiss cheese, sliced tomatoes, lettuce and avocado, and garnish with avocado on the side. Enjoy!!!
